Eden is single-origin chocolate for the true connoisseur. It's fair-trade, gluten-free, and has no added sugar. We sweeten it with Monk Fruit and use sunflower (not soy) lecithin, because sunflower lecithin can be extracted naturally without chemicals while soy lecithin requires chemicals like hexane and hydrogen peroxide.
Eden is genuinely bean-to-bar. It’s shade-grown in the tropical rain forest of Manabí, Ecuador and shipped directly to our plant in Quito. It is never out of our hands and there is nothing commoditized about it. It has a floral, woodland flavor with notes of caramel and dried fruit. Its authenticity is what makes it unique.
