Paradise without guilt.
We make Eden for the true chocolate connoisseur. It’s 70% cacao, Fairtrade, and has no added sugar. Eden is genuinely bean-to-bar. It's grown in the rainforests of Manabi, Ecuador, and shipped directly to our plant in Quito. Closer to nature is closest to perfection.
Paradise. In five flavors.
We make our bars in five flavors: Pure Dark, Roasted Almond, Blackberry, Coconut, and Coffee. All are 70% Cacao. None of our bars has any added sugar. We sweeten them with monk fruit. So they're lower in carbs and lower in calories.

Baking in Eden.
Visit our "Recipes" page for sophisticated but easy-to-make desserts, and use our 70% Dark Chocolate Baking bar for all your projects. Taste the difference that real, shade-grown, single-origin chocolate can make.
Monk Fruit.
Monk fruit (luo han guo) was cultivated by Buddhist monks in southern China many years ago. Unlike sugar and other natural sweeteners (like agave, honey, or fruit juice), monk fruit has no calories and zero glycemic impact.

Sunflower Lecithin.
Lecithin is essential for cell health, and both sunflower and soy lecithin are rich in antioxidants. The difference is that soy lecithin is extracted using chemical solvents like hexane and hydrogen peroxide, while sunflower lecithin can be extracted without chemicals. Allergic reactions are more common with soy lecithin. Plus, sunflower lecithin has higher levels of choline and linoleic acid that promote healing. We use only sunflower lecithin.
Our Mascot.
Our mascot is the Blue Morpho butterfly. With a wing-span of up to eight inches, it's one of the world’s larger species. It has no blue pigment. Its brilliant blue color is a result of light reflecting off microscopic scales on top of its wings. The underside is chocolate brown with eyespots for camouflage. We made the Blue Morpho our mascot, because our truly bean-to-bar chocolate is grown, roasted, shelled, conched, tempered, and packaged in Ecuador, the Morpho's home.
